Remove from oven and top each piece of asparagi with a slice of balsamic mozzarella. Return to oven and bake for another 3 – 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve warm.

I love making crostini because they are quick and easy to put together. These prosciutto and gorgonzola crostini are delicious and perfect for entertaining. Ingredients: Bread slices – 12 Prosciutto – 4 pieces

Prosciutto appetizers that you must try

This recipe is very easy to make. It takes only 10 minutes to make these tasty appetizers. I used a baguette bread but any type of bread will work. Cut the bread into 1 inch thick slices. Spread each slice with butter and sprinkle with salt. Then cut the prosciutto into thin strips. Lay the strips on top of the bread and spread with mustard. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread gets crispy. Serve immediately.
