Chocolate Chip Cookies Mix together 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool completely before removing from the pan.

To make strawberry ice cream, place 2 cups of frozen strawberries in a blender along with 1 cup of heavy cream and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Puree until smooth. Add 4 eggs and blend again. Transfer mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions. 4. Lemonade Pie Combine 1 cup of lemon juice, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour into crust. Top with meringue and bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F and continue baking for 30 minutes longer. Let cool completely.
