Let it sit about 5 minutes and remove the lobster claws from the water. Then put the lobster claws back into the water and boil for another 10 minutes or until the lobster claws are heated through. Serve immediately. 2 Steeping: Place the cooked lobster claws into the steamer basket and put them into a pan filled with boiling water. Cover the pan tightly and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
