Next, pour about 1/4 cup of oil into the pan and set it over medium heat. Once the oil is heated, crack the eggs into the pan and let them sit for 2 minutes. Then, gently flip the eggs and cook for another minute. Remove from the heat and serve immediately.

Crack each egg individually into a separate dish and slide them into the hot oil. Fry the eggs for 3 to 4 minutes or until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny. Remove the eggs from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.
