Homemade pizza dough is a great idea if you’re looking for something different from store bought pizza crusts. It’s super easy to make and tastes amazing! Ingredients: 1 cup flour all purpose 1/2 tsp yeast 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 egg yolk 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup olive oil Directions: Mix together the dry ingredients flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Add the eggs and milk. Stir well until combined. Add the oil and mix again. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit overnight. In the morning, add some flour to a clean surface. Roll out the dough into a circle about 1/8 inch thick. Transfer to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Let rise for about 20 minutes. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings. Return to oven for another 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
