Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Beat remaining egg white until soft peaks form. Fold into cooled curd. 3 Orange Marmalade – Combine 1/2 cup orange marmalade with 1/4 cup orange liqueur. Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until hot but not boiling. Cool completely.
